Paul Knight was born on 26 March 1977, in England. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and by the time he was 20, he had won the Mr. Essex bodybuilding competition. In 1988, he won the Mr. Great Britain bodybuilding competition, and in 1990, he won the Mr. Universe bodybuilding competition.

Knight’s bodybuilding career was cut short in 1992 when he was diagnosed with a heart condition. He was forced to retire from bodybuilding, but he continued to train and compete in powerlifting. In 2000, he won the World Powerlifting Championships in the 120 kg weight class.

Knight is married to his wife, Tracey, and they have two children. He is currently a personal trainer and nutritionist, and he also writes articles on bodybuilding and fitness.
