Greg Plitt was born on November 3, 1977, in Baltimore, Maryland. He began weightlifting at the age of 14, and by the time he was 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. Plitt went on to have a successful bodybuilding career, winning numerous titles, including the Mr. Universe title in 2003. He also appeared in several fitness magazines and commercials, and he had roles in films such as “Terminator Salvation” and “Immortals.”

Plitt was married to Nicole Plitt, and they had two children together. He was also a devout Christian, and he often spoke about his faith in interviews and on social media.

Greg Plitt Now
