Pascal Chukwu Then
Pascal Chukwu was born in Nigeria on September 20, 1981. He began weightlifting at age 16 when he was still in high school. After graduating high school, Chukwu moved to the United States to pursue a career in bodybuilding. In the United States, Chukwu trained under the guidance of renowned coach Charles Glass. Chukwu’s hard work and dedication paid off, and he quickly rose through the ranks of competitive bodybuilding.
In 2006, Chukwu won the NPC USA Championships, which qualified him for the Mr. Olympia competition. Chukwu placed 16th in the Mr. Olympia competition, but his performance was enough to earn him recognition in the bodybuilding community. Chukwu continued to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition for several years, and he placed as high as 10th in 2012.
Chukwu’s bodybuilding career was cut short in 2014 when he suffered a serious injury to his left arm. The injury required surgery, and Chukwu was forced to retire from competitive bodybuilding. However, Chukwu remained active in the bodybuilding community as a coach and mentor.
Chukwu has been married to his wife, Bolanle, since 2010. They have two children together. Chukwu is a devout Christian, and he is involved in several charitable organizations.

After retiring from competitive bodybuilding, Chukwu founded his own gym, Pascal’s Gym, in Dallas, Texas. He also works as a coach and mentor to aspiring bodybuilders. Chukwu is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, and he is known for his positive attitude and his dedication to his clients.
In addition to his work at Pascal’s Gym, Chukwu is also involved in several charitable organizations. He is a spokesperson for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and he has worked with several other organizations to raise awareness for the disease. Chukwu is also a strong advocate for anti-bullying campaigns, and he has spoken out against the bullying of children and adults.
