David Henry Then
David Henry was born on February 24, 1975, in Colorado, United States. He began weightlifting at the age of 16, and by the time he was 20, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. In 2005, he turned professional and began competing in the IFBB. Henry quickly rose through the ranks, and in 2008, he won the Arnold Classic. He went on to compete in the Mr. Olympia several times, with his best finish being a fifth-place finish in 2012.
Henry is known for his incredible size and muscularity. He is also known for his intense training regimen, which he credits for his success. Henry is a role model to many people, and he has inspired thousands to pursue their own fitness goals.

David Henry Now
Henry is still competing in bodybuilding, and he is currently ranked in the top 10 in the IFBB. He is also a successful businessman, and he owns his own supplement company, Henry’s Hardbodies.
