Lionel Brown Then

Lionel Brown was born on October 12, 1963, in New York City. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the time he was 18, he was competing in bodybuilding competitions. Brown quickly rose through the ranks, and in 1987, he won the Mr. America title. He went on to win the Mr. Universe title in 1988 and 1989.

Brown’s bodybuilding career was cut short in 1990 when he was diagnosed with a heart condition. He underwent surgery to repair his heart, and although he was able to return to training, he was never able to recapture the same level of success. Brown retired from bodybuilding in 1995.

Brown has been married twice. He has two children from his first marriage.

Lionel Brown Now

Brown is now a personal trainer and author. He has written several books on bodybuilding, including “The Brown Book” and “The Ultimate Guide to Bodybuilding.” Brown also owns a gym in New York City.

Brown is still in excellent shape, and he continues to train regularly. He is an inspiration to many people, and he is a role model for bodybuilders of all ages.
