Born in the small town of Agrigento, Italy, Giuseppe Lagana’s passion for bodybuilding began at an early age. Inspired by the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Columbu, he started lifting weights in his teens and quickly developed an impressive physique.

Lagana’s competitive bodybuilding career began in the early 2000s. He quickly rose through the ranks, winning several regional and national titles. In 2006, he achieved his biggest success to date by winning the overall title at the prestigious Arnold Classic Europe.

Outside of bodybuilding, Lagana is a dedicated family man. He is married with two children and resides in Rome, Italy.
