Ahmad Haidar: Bodybuilder Then

History:

Ahmad Haidar was born on April 10, 1968, in Beirut, Lebanon. Ahmad Haidar began lifting weights at a young age. He quickly developed a passion for the sport and began competing in local bodybuilding competitions. In 2003, he won the Iraqi National Bodybuilding Championship and went on to represent Iraq at the World Championships.

Bodybuilding Career:

Haidar turned professional in 2005 and quickly established himself as one of the top bodybuilders in the world. He competed in the Mr. Olympia competition from 2006 to 2012, placing in the top 10 every year. In 2014, he won the Arnold Classic Europe, making him the first Iraqi to win a major bodybuilding title.

Family Background:

Haidar is married to Rita Saadeh, a personal trainer and nutritionist. They have two children, a son named Omar and a daughter named Farah.

Haidar has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions throughout his career, including:
