Arash Rahbar Then
Arash Rahbar was born on Nov. 29, 1980, in Tehran, Iran. He began weightlifting at the age of 16, and quickly developed a passion for the sport. In 2007, he won the Iranian National Bodybuilding Championships, and in 2008, he placed second in the Asian Bodybuilding Championships. In 2010, he won the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championships, and in 2011, he placed second in the Mr. Olympia competition.

Competitive History
Arash Rahbar has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions, including the Mr. Olympia competition, the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championships, and the Asian Bodybuilding Championships.
