History and Bodybuilding Career

Milos Sarcev was born on January 17, 1964, in  Bečej, Serbia. From a young age, he had a passion for sports and spent countless hours training. However, it was not until he witnessed a Mr.Yugoslavia competition in his teenage years he was truly inspired to pursue bodybuilding.

Sarcev began his official bodybuilding career in the late 1980s. He quickly made a name for himself, winning numerous regional and national competitions in Yugoslavia. In 1990, he represented his country at the World Championships, where he placed a respectable 15th.

After the dissolution of Yugoslavia, Sarcev moved to the United States in search of greater opportunities. He quickly established himself as a top amateur bodybuilder, winning the NPC National Championships in 1993. This victory earned him his IFBB Pro Card, allowing him to compete on the international stage.

Family Background

A single mother raised Milos Sarcev. He has two brothers, both of whom are also involved in
bodybuilding. Sarcev is married to Monica Brant, a former fitness model. The couple has one son.

Current Activities

After retiring from competitive bodybuilding, Milos Sarcev has remained active in the fitness industry. He owns and operates the Sarcev Nutrition Company, which produces a range of supplements and workout gear.

Sarcev is also a sought-after speaker and coach. He travels the world giving motivational speeches and sharing his knowledge on bodybuilding and nutrition.

In addition to his business and speaking engagements, Sarcev is also a successful author. He has written several books on bodybuilding, including “No Bullshit Muscle Building” and “Milos Sarcev’s Mind and Body Transformation.”
