Ian Harrison was born on January 3, 1969, in the United Kingdom. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly rose through the ranks, winning numerous regional and national titles. In 1990, he won the Mr. Universe title, and in 1992, he won the Mr. Olympia title. Harrison was one of the most successful bodybuilders of his era, and he retired from competition in 1995.

Harrison married his wife, Tracey, in 1989. They have two children, a son and a daughter.

Ian Harrison Now
