Jon Harris Then

Jon Harris was born on July 15, 1967, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the time he was 18, he had already won several local bodybuilding competitions. In 1989, Harris turned professional and began competing in the IFBB. He quickly rose through the ranks, and in 1993, he won the IFBB Mr. Universe title.

Harris continued to compete in the IFBB for several more years, but he never managed to win another major title. In 2000, he switched to the WBF, where he won the WBF World Heavyweight title in 2001. Harris retired from bodybuilding in 2003, and he has since become a successful businessman.

Harris is married to his wife, Sherry, and they have two children. He is also a devout Christian, and he often speaks about his faith in public.

Jon Harris Now
