Greg Valentino Then
Greg Valentino was born on December 3, 1961, in New York City. He began lifting weights at the age of 13 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. By the time he was 20 years old, he had won several bodybuilding competitions and was considered one of the top bodybuilders in the world.
Valentino was best known for his massive arms, which measured 28 inches in circumference at their peak. He achieved this size by using a combination of heavy weights and high-volume training. Valentino also used a variety of supplements, including steroids, to help him build muscle.
