Ben Pakulski was born on March 18, 1981, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He began lifting weights at the age of 13, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. By the age of 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition, and at 21 he won the IFBB North American Championships. In 2007, he earned his IFBB Pro Card and went on to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition several times, finishing in the top 10 in 2011 and 2012.
