Rob Hope was born on November 12, 1985, in Redditch, England. He began weightlifting at the age of 15, and by the age of 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. In 2006, he won the British Bodybuilding Championship, and in 2007, he won the World Bodybuilding Championship.

Hope has competed in over 100 bodybuilding competitions, and he has won over 50 of them. He is known for his impressive physique, which is characterized by his large muscles and striated glutes.
