James Henderson Then
James Henderson was born on June 5, 1964, in Brooklyn, New York. He began lifting weights at the age of 15 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. Henderson won his first bodybuilding competition in 1983 and went on to win several more competitions throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
Henderson’s most notable victories include the 1991 Mr. Olympia and the 1993 Arnold Classic. He is widely considered to be one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.
Henderson is married and has two children. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California.

James Henderson Now
Henderson retired from competitive bodybuilding in 1994. He has since worked as a personal trainer, nutritionist, and author. Henderson has also appeared in several movies and television shows.
Henderson is currently the owner of Henderson Fitness, a gym in Los Angeles. He continues to train and compete in bodybuilding competitions at a local level.
