Ahmet Enünlü was born on July 3, 1948, in İstanbul, Türkiye. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16 and quickly began to make a name for himself in the sport. In 2005, he won the IFBB World Junior Championships, and in 2007, he won the IFBB European Championships. In 2010, he turned professional, and in 2018, he won the Mr. Olympia title.

Ahmet Enünlü is known for his massive physique and his incredible muscularity. He is also known for his dedication to training and his strict diet. He trains twice a day, six days a week, and he eats a high-protein, low-carb diet.

Ahmet Enünlü is married to Elif Enünlü, and they have two children together. He is also a devout Muslim.
