John Arendsz Then
John Arendsz was born in the Netherlands on June 22, 1987. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly made a name for himself as one of the most promising young bodybuilders in the country.
In 2009, Arendsz made his IFBB debut at the Dutch National Championships, where he placed second. He followed this up with a third-place finish at the 2010 Arnold Classic Europe.
In 2012, Arendsz won his first major title, the Dutch National Championships. He followed this up with a victory at the 2013 Arnold Classic Europe.
Arendsz has also competed in the Mr. Olympia competition, placing 15th in 2014 and 10th in 2015.

Life History
Arendsz is married to wife, Lindsay, and the couple have two children. He is also the owner of his own gym, Arendsz Fitness.
John Arendsz Now
Arendsz is still actively competing in the IFBB, and he remains one of the top bodybuilders in the world. He is also a successful businessman and family man.
In 2019, Arendsz launched his own line of supplements, called Arendsz Nutrition.
Arendsz is a role model for many young bodybuilders, and he is known for his hard work, dedication, and positive attitude.
