Tamer El Shahat Then

Tamer El Shahat was born on January 1, 1984, in Cairo, Egypt. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly made a name for himself as one of the most promising young bodybuilders in the country. In 2005, he won the Egyptian National Bodybuilding Championships, and in 2006, he placed 5th at the World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships.

El Shahat’s bodybuilding career was cut short in 2007, when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. He underwent surgery and chemotherapy, and was eventually declared cancer-free. However, the treatment had taken a toll on his body, and he was forced to retire from competitive bodybuilding.

Since retiring from bodybuilding, El Shahat has worked as a fitness trainer and nutritionist. He has also competed in a number of bodybuilding exhibitions, and has appeared in several fitness magazines.
