Stan McQuay was born on July 5, 1964, in the small town of Wilmer, Alabama. He grew up in a poor family, and his father left when he was young. McQuay’s mother worked hard to support her family, and she instilled in him the values of hard work and determination.

McQuay began lifting weights at the age of 15, and he quickly fell in love with the sport. He was a natural athlete, and he soon began to compete in bodybuilding competitions. In 1987, he won the Mr. Alabama title, and in 1988, he won the Mr. USA title. McQuay’s success in bodybuilding led to a successful career as a personal trainer and fitness model.

McQuay is currently married to his wife, Tracy, and they have two children. He is still active in the fitness industry, and he continues to train and compete in bodybuilding competitions.
