Chris Cook was born on July 1, 1974, in Cleveland, Ohio. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. Cook won his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 19 and went on to compete in numerous competitions, including the Mr. Olympia. He placed in the top 10 at the Mr. Olympia three times, and was the runner-up in 2001.

Cook’s bodybuilding career was cut short in 2003 when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. He underwent surgery and chemotherapy, and was eventually declared cancer-free. Cook returned to bodybuilding in 2005 and competed in several more competitions, but he never regained his previous level of success.

Cook is married and has two children. He currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he works as a personal trainer.

Chris Cook Now

Cook is now 48 years old and is still in great shape. He continues to train and compete in bodybuilding competitions, although he no longer competes at the professional level. Cook also works as a personal trainer and motivational speaker. He is a role model for many people, and his story is an inspiration to all who face challenges in life.
