Flex Wheeler Then

Flex Wheeler was born on August 12, 1968, in Stockton, California. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. Wheeler won his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 18 and went on to win several more regional and national titles. In 1992, he turned professional and began competing in the IFBB professional bodybuilding competitions.

Wheeler quickly rose through the ranks of the professional bodybuilding world, and by 1995, he was ranked among the top five bodybuilders in the world. He placed in the top five in eight of his nine appearances at the Mr. Olympia competition, the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world. Wheeler’s best finish at the Olympia was second place in 1996 and 1998.

In addition to his success in bodybuilding, Wheeler is also a successful businessman. He owns and operates several gyms and supplements companies. He is also a popular guest speaker and has appeared on numerous television and radio shows.

Flex Wheeler Now

Flex Wheeler retired from professional bodybuilding in 2003. He continues to train and lift weights, but he no longer competes. Wheeler is also a successful businessman and motivational speaker. He travels around the world giving speeches and sharing his story
