Robin Strand: Then
Robin Strand was born in Sweden in 1976. He began bodybuilding in his early 20s, and quickly rose through the ranks, winning his first major competition, the Swedish National Championships, in 2002.
Strand continued to compete successfully in the years that followed, winning the prestigious Mr. Olympia title in 2004 and 2005. He retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2007, but has remained active in the sport as a trainer and coach.
Strand is married to fellow bodybuilder Ulrika Eriksson, and they have two children together.

Robin Strand: Now
After retiring from competitive bodybuilding, Strand opened a gym in his hometown of Stockholm. He also works as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant.
Strand is a strong advocate for natural bodybuilding, and he has been vocal in his criticism of the use of performance-enhancing drugs in the sport.
Strand continues to be a popular figure in the bodybuilding community, and he is often invited to speak at seminars and workshops.
