Jeno Kiss was born on July 23, 1967, in Kecskemet, Hungary. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and quickly developed a passion for the sport. In 1988, he won the Hungarian Junior National Bodybuilding Championships, and in 1990, he won the Hungarian National Bodybuilding Championships.
Kiss made his international debut in 1991, at the World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships. He finished fourth in the heavyweight division, but his impressive physique and potential were noticed by many. In 1992, he returned to the World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships and won the gold medal in the heavyweight division.
Kiss turned professional in 1993, and quickly became one of the top bodybuilders in the world. He won the Mr. Olympia title in 1995, 1996, and 2000. He also won the Arnold Classic in 1997 and 2000.
Kiss retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2001, but he continues to train and stay in shape. He is also a successful businessman, and he owns several fitness centers in Hungary.
