Rob Riches Then
Rob Riches was born on June 20, 1984 in Cape Town, South Africa. He began lifting weights at the age of 15 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. He competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 2004 and won the overall title. In 2005, he won the Mr. South Africa title and represented his country at the World Championships.
Riches continued to compete in bodybuilding competitions throughout the 2000s and 2010s. He won the Mr. Olympia title in 2017 and 2018. He is also a two-time winner of the Arnold Classic. Riches is considered one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.
Riches is married to Jessica Riches and they have two children together. He is a devout Christian and he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
