Jan Kubik Bodybuilder Then And Now

Jan Kubik Then

Jan Kubik was born in Czechoslovakia in 1963. He began bodybuilding at the age of 15, and quickly became one of the most successful bodybuilders in his country. In 1987, he won the World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships, and turned professional the following year.

As a professional bodybuilder, Kubik competed in some of the biggest bodybuilding shows in the world, including the Mr. Olympia and the Arnold Classic. He won the Arnold Classic in 1995, and placed in the top 10 at the Mr. Olympia on several occasions.

Kubik retired from professional bodybuilding in 2004, but he has remained active in the sport as a coach and mentor. He is also the owner of a successful fitness equipment company.

Kubik is married and has two children. He lives in California.
