Regan Grimes was born on June 12, 1996, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the age of 16, he had already won his first bodybuilding competition. In 2014, Grimes signed with the supplement company MuscleTech, and in 2015, he won the NPC National Men’s Physique Overall title. In 2016, Grimes made his IFBB Pro debut at the Arnold Classic, where he placed 15th. In 2017, Grimes won the IFBB Tampa Pro, and in 2018, he won the IFBB New York Pro. Grimes is currently ranked as one of the top Men’s Physique bodybuilders in the world.
