Iain Valliere was born on November 27, 1990, in Canada. He began lifting weights at a young age, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2006, he won the NPC Junior Nationals, and in 2007, he placed second at the NPC USA Championships. In 2008, he turned pro, and in 2009, he placed 13th at the Mr. Olympia contest.

Valliere’s bodybuilding career has been marked by both success and setbacks. He has won numerous competitions, including the 2013 Arnold Classic, but he has also placed outside of the top 10 at the Mr. Olympia contest on several occasions.

Despite his setbacks, Valliere remains one of the most popular bodybuilders in the world. He is known for his dedication to training and his willingness to share his knowledge with others. He is also a role model for many young bodybuilders.

Iain Valliere’s Life History

Iain Valliere was born in Rochester, New York, on August 1, 1985. He is the son of John and Mary Valliere. He has two older sisters, Jennifer and Jessica. Valliere began lifting weights at a young age, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. He graduated from high school in 2003, and then attended college for two years before dropping out to pursue his bodybuilding career.

Valliere began competing in bodybuilding competitions in 2006. He quickly rose through the ranks, and in 2008, he turned pro. In 2009, he placed 13th at the Mr. Olympia contest. Valliere has since competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions, and has won several titles, including the 2013 Arnold Classic.

Valliere is known for his dedication to training and his willingness to share his knowledge with others. He is also a role model for many young bodybuilders.

Iain Valliere is still an active bodybuilder. He continues to train hard and compete in competitions. He also works as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Valliere is also the owner of his own supplement company, Valliere Nutrition.

Valliere is married to his wife, Jackie. They have two children together, a son and a daughter.
