Iain Valliere’s Life History

Iain Valliere was born in Rochester, New York, on August 1, 1985. He is the son of John and Mary Valliere. He has two older sisters, Jennifer and Jessica. Valliere began lifting weights at a young age, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. He graduated from high school in 2003, and then attended college for two years before dropping out to pursue his bodybuilding career.

Valliere began competing in bodybuilding competitions in 2006. He quickly rose through the ranks, and in 2008, he turned pro. In 2009, he placed 13th at the Mr. Olympia contest. Valliere has since competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions, and has won several titles, including the 2013 Arnold Classic.
