Rebin Roy was born on 15th June 1993 in a small town in Kerala, India. His family was not very wealthy, and he had to work hard from a young age to help support his family. Rebin started bodybuilding at the age of 16, after being inspired by the physiques of professional bodybuilders.

Rebin’s early bodybuilding years were tough. He had to train in a small gym with limited equipment, and he often had to go hungry because he couldn’t afford to eat enough protein. Despite these challenges, Rebin never gave up on his dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder.
