Oscar Dexter was born in Jamaica in 1986. He started lifting weights at a young age and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2005, he moved to the United States to pursue his dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder.

Dexter turned pro in 2009 and won his first major title, the Arnold Classic, in 2013. He has since won the Arnold Classic two more times, in 2015 and 2018. Dexter is also a two-time winner of the Mr. Olympia, the most prestigious title in bodybuilding, which he won in 2018 and 2019.

Dexter is known for his massive physique and his incredible strength. He is one of the most popular bodybuilders in the world and has been featured in numerous magazines and television shows.
