Personal History

Kaz Hayashi was born on May 18, 1973, in Kagoshima, Japan. He began training in weightlifting at the age of 15, and quickly developed a passion for the sport. After graduating from high school, Hayashi moved to Tokyo to pursue a bodybuilding career.
