Calum von Moger was born on June 9, 1990 in Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia. He is the youngest of four children. His father was a bodybuilder and his mother was a fitness competitor. Von Moger began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding.

In 2010, von Moger won the NPC Universe Championship in the junior heavyweight division. This victory earned him a pro card and allowed him to compete in the prestigious IFBB professional league. Von Moger quickly rose through the ranks of the IFBB, winning the Arnold Classic Europe in 2014 and the Mr. Olympia in 2015.

Von Moger’s bodybuilding career has been plagued by injuries. In 2018, he suffered a torn pec while competing in the Arnold Classic. He also tore his biceps in 2019. Despite these setbacks, von Moger has remained one of the most popular bodybuilders in the world.
