Gregg Avedon Then

Gregg Avedon was born on March 23, 1962, in Dearborn, Michigan. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. Avedon competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 1983 and went on to win numerous titles, including the Mr. America and Mr. Universe titles. He also appeared in several muscle magazines and became a popular fitness model.

In addition to his bodybuilding career, Avedon is also a successful personal trainer and author. He has written several books on bodybuilding and fitness, including “The Avedon System” and “The Bodybuilding Bible”. Avedon is also a sought-after speaker and has given lectures on bodybuilding and fitness all over the world.

Avedon is married to his wife, Robin, and they have two children together. He currently resides in California, where he continues to train and compete in bodybuilding competitions.
