Roland Dantes began his bodybuilding career in the early 1990s. He quickly rose through the ranks, winning numerous amateur competitions. In 1995, he turned professional and began competing in the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB). He won the IFBB Mr. Olympia title in 1998 and 1999.

Family Background

Roland Dantes was born in the Philippines in 1965. He grew up in a poor family and began working out at a young age to improve his physique. He eventually moved to the United States to pursue his bodybuilding career.

Competitive History

Roland Dantes has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions throughout his career. He has won the IFBB Mr. Olympia title twice, in 1998 and 1999. He has also won the Arnold Classic three times, in 1994, 1996, and 1997. He is one of the most successful bodybuilders in history.

Current Activities

Roland Dantes retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2005. He now works as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He also owns a supplement company.
