Richard Duchon Then
Richard Duchon was born on March 1, 1966, in New York City. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly developed a passion for the sport. Duchon competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 1985, and went on to win numerous titles, including the Mr. USA title in 1989. He turned professional in 1990, and competed in the IFBB until 1994.
Duchon was known for his impressive physique, which featured a massive chest, wide shoulders, and a narrow waist. He was also known for his signature pose, the “Duchon Twist,” which involved twisting his body and flexing his muscles in a unique way. Duchon retired from bodybuilding in 1994, but he has remained active in the sport as a coach and mentor.

Life History
Duchon was born and raised in New York City. He is the son of a Puerto Rican father and an Italian mother. Duchon has been married twice and has two children. He currently lives in California.
Richard Duchon Now
Duchon retired from bodybuilding in 1994, but he has remained active in the sport as a coach and mentor. He is the owner of the Duchon Muscle Factory, a gym in California. Duchon also works as a personal trainer and nutritionist.
Duchon is still in great shape, and he continues to train regularly. He is a popular figure in the bodybuilding community, and he is often invited to speak at seminars and workshops. Duchon is also a regular contributor to bodybuilding magazines.
