Maxx Charles was born on January 23, 1990, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2010, he won the NPC USA Championships and turned pro. Charles has since competed in numerous competitions, including the Mr. Olympia, where he placed 13th in 2016.

Charles is known for his impressive physique and dedication to the sport. He trains six days a week and follows a strict diet to maintain his muscle mass. He is also a sponsored athlete for several companies, including Optimum Nutrition and MuscleTech.

Charles is married to his wife, Amanda, and they have two children. He is also active in his community and often speaks to young people about the importance of health and fitness.
