Joseph Baena was born on October 2, 1997, in Los Angeles, California. He is the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mildred Patricia Baena, a Guatemalan housekeeper who worked for the Schwarzenegger family for 20 years. Baena’s parents had an affair while Schwarzenegger was married to Maria Shriver. Baena was raised by his mother and stepfather, Rogelio Baena, until he was 13 years old, when he met his biological father for the first time.

Baena began bodybuilding at the age of 16. He quickly developed a passion for the sport and began competing in bodybuilding competitions. In 2016, he won the NPC Southern California Championships in the Men’s Physique Teen division. In 2017, he won the NPC California State Championships in the Men’s Physique Teen division. In 2018, he won the NPC USA Championships in the Men’s Physique Teen division.

Baena’s bodybuilding career has been overshadowed by his famous father, but he is quickly making a name for himself in the sport. He has been featured in several magazines and has appeared on the cover of Muscle & Fitness. He has also been featured in several documentaries, including “Pumping Iron: The Next Generation” and “Generation Iron 3”.

Life History

Baena is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where he studied business administration. He is currently a real estate agent in Los Angeles. He is also an aspiring actor and has appeared in several films and television shows, including “Terminator: Dark Fate” and “Chasing Shadows”.

Baena continues to compete in bodybuilding competitions and is currently ranked as one of the top amateur bodybuilders in the world. He is also a successful real estate agent and is currently working on developing his own line of fitness supplements.
