Mark Anthony Wingson was born on August 29, 1981, in Belize City, Belize. He is the son of Anthony and Marie Wingson. He has two brothers, Michael and Matthew. Wingson began lifting weights at the age of 14. He was inspired by his father, who was also a bodybuilder. Wingson quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding and began competing in local shows. In 2003, he won the NPC Belize National Bodybuilding Championships. In 2004, he won the IFBB Central American and Caribbean Bodybuilding Championships. In 2005, he won the IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships. In 2006, he won the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championships. Wingson is now a professional bodybuilder and has competed in the Mr. Olympia competition several times.

Wingson has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions throughout his career. He has won the NPC Belize National Bodybuilding Championships, the IFBB Central American and Caribbean Bodybuilding Championships, the IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships, and the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championships. He has also competed in the Mr. Olympia competition several times. Wingson’s best finish in the Mr. Olympia competition was 10th place in 2009.

Wingson is married to his wife, Tiffany. They have two children, a son and a daughter. Wingson is a devout Christian and is involved in his local church. He is also a motivational speaker and has spoken to groups of people about the importance of setting goals and achieving your dreams.
