Manfred Hoeberl was born on August 13, 1961 in Graz, Austria. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16, and quickly became one of the most successful bodybuilders in his country. In 1985, he won the Mr. Austria title, and in 1986, he won the IFBB World Championships. He went on to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition several times, with his best placing being 6th in 1987.

In addition to his bodybuilding career, Hoeberl has also worked as an actor. He has appeared in several films, including “Conan the Barbarian” (1982), “The Terminator” (1984), and “Predator” (1987).

Hoeberl retired from bodybuilding in 1991, and has since worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist. He has also written several books on bodybuilding, including “The Bodybuilding Bible” (1992) and “The Ultimate Bodybuilding Encyclopedia” (1997).
