Jamo Nezzar was born in Lebanon in 1985. He began his bodybuilding career in 2006, after being inspired by the physiques of classic bodybuilders such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and Frank Zane. Nezzar quickly made a name for himself in the bodybuilding community, winning first place in the NPC Junior Nationals in 2008. He went on to win the IFBB Pro Card in 2010, and has since competed in some of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions in the world.

Competitive History

Nezzar has had a successful competitive bodybuilding career. He has won numerous titles, including the NPC Junior Nationals in 2008, the IFBB Pro Card in 2010, and the Arnold Classic Europe in 2015. Nezzar has also placed in the top 5 at the Mr. Olympia competition twice, in 2016 and 2017.
