James Flex Lewis Bodybuilder Then And Now

James “Flex” Lewis Then

James Lewis was born on November 11, 1983, in Llanelli, Wales. He began lifting weights at the age of 15, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2007, he won the Welsh National Bodybuilding Championships, and in 2008, he won the British National Bodybuilding Championships. In 2011, he moved to the United States to train with renowned coach Charles Glass.

Lewis competed in his first Mr. Olympia competition in 2011, and placed 10th. He continued to improve, and in 2012, he placed 5th. In 2013, he won the 212 division of the Mr. Olympia competition, becoming the first Welshman to win the title. He won the 212 division again in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

Lewis retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2018, and has since focused on his fitness career. He has his own supplement line, and he travels the world giving seminars and workshops on bodybuilding and fitness.

Lewis is still one of the most popular bodybuilders in the world. He has a large following on social media, and he is regularly featured in fitness magazines. He is also a sought-after guest speaker at bodybuilding and fitness events.

Lewis is married to Yanna Lewis, and they have two children. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
