Craig Titus Then

Craig Titus was born on November 6, 1967, in Denver, Colorado. He began lifting weights at the age of 15 and quickly became interested in bodybuilding. He won his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 19 and went on to become a successful professional bodybuilder. Titus competed in the Mr. Olympia competition nine times, placing in the top 10 seven times. He also won the Arnold Classic twice and the Ironman Pro twice.

Titus is also an actor and has appeared in several action films, including Universal Soldier: The Return and The Scorpion King. He has also written several books on bodybuilding and fitness.

Titus is married to Kelly and they have two children. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California.

Titus is currently retired from bodybuilding. He continues to work as an actor and fitness writer. He also owns a gym in Los Angeles.
