James “Flex” Lewis is a Welsh professional bodybuilder who has won the Mr. Olympia 212 division seven times. He is known for his exceptional symmetry, conditioning, and stage presence.

Bodybuilding Career

Lewis began his bodybuilding career in 2004. He quickly rose through the ranks of amateur bodybuilding, winning the Mr. Wales title in 2007 and the British Championships in 2008. In 2009, he turned professional and won the IFBB San Marino Pro the same year.

Lewis made his Mr. Olympia debut in 2011, placing 6th in the 212 division. He won his first Mr. Olympia title in 2012 and went on to win the next six consecutive titles until 2018.

Lewis was born in Llanelli, Wales, in 1981. He is the youngest of five children. His father is from Jamaica and his mother is from Wales.
