Born in Tehran, Iran on December 19, 1947, Jack Lotfian is a retired professional bodybuilder, personal trainer, author, and actor.

Lotfian began his bodybuilding career in the early 1970s, and quickly rose through the ranks. He won the Mr. America title in 1974, and the Mr. Olympia title in 1975 and 1976. Lotfian was also the first person to win the Mr. Olympia title three times.

In addition to his bodybuilding career, Lotfian has also worked as a personal trainer and author. He has written several books on bodybuilding, including “The Jack Lotfian Bodybuilding System” and “The Ultimate Guide to Bodybuilding.” Lotfian has also appeared in several films and television shows, including “Conan the Barbarian” and “The A-Team.”
