Matt Kroczaleski Then
Matt Kroczaleski was born on January 27, 1978, in Erie, Pennsylvania. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the time he was 16, he was competing in bodybuilding competitions. Kroczaleski quickly rose through the ranks of bodybuilding, and in 1998, he won the NPC Junior National Championships.
In 2001, Kroczaleski turned professional. He competed in several professional bodybuilding competitions, including the Mr. Olympia contest. Kroczaleski’s best placing at the Mr. Olympia was 10th place in 2005.
Kroczaleski is married to his wife, Amy. The couple has two children.

Matt Kroczaleski Now
Kroczaleski retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2007. He now works as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Kroczaleski also owns his own supplement company, Kroczaleski Nutrition.
Kroczaleski is still passionate about bodybuilding, and he continues to train hard. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
