Xavisus Gayden was born on January 21, 1986, in Mobile, Alabama. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2006, he won his first bodybuilding competition, the NPC Junior USA Championships. He went on to win several more NPC titles, including the NPC USA Championships in 2009 and 2010.

In 2011, Gayden turned professional and began competing in the IFBB. He has since won several IFBB titles, including the Arnold Classic in 2015 and the Mr. Olympia in 2016. Gayden is known for his massive size and conditioning, and he is considered one of the top bodybuilders in the world.
