Life Story

Quincy Taylor was born into a working-class family in Dallas, Texas. He began lifting weights at the age of 15 as a way to improve his football skills. In 2004, Taylor won the NPC Texas State Championships, which qualified him for the NPC USA Championships. Taylor finished 3rd in the USA Championships that year, but he continued to improve, and in 2007, he won the overall title.

Taylor’s victory at the USA Championships earned him a spot in the Arnold Classic, one of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions in the world. Taylor finished 2nd in the Arnold Classic in 2008, but he returned the following year and won the overall title.
