Michael Johnson Then
Michael Johnson was born in 1980, in Halifax Regional Municipality, Canada. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and by the time he was 18, he had won his first bodybuilding competition. Johnson went on to have a successful bodybuilding career, winning numerous titles, including the Mr. America title in 1985 and the Mr. Olympia title in 1987. He retired from bodybuilding in 1990 and has since worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist.

Life History
Johnson was born to Jamaican parents and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He began lifting weights at the age of 14, and quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding. Johnson retired from bodybuilding in 1990 and has since worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist.

Johnson is now 59 years old and still in great shape. He works out regularly and eats a healthy diet. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and he is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
