Mark Dugdale Then

Mark Dugdale was born in Oldham, Lancashire, England on October 14, 1964. He began lifting weights at the age of 15, and by the age of 20 had won his first bodybuilding competition. Dugdale went on to win numerous bodybuilding titles, including the Mr. Universe title in 1997 and 1998. He also won the Mr. Olympia title in 2002.

Dugdale is known for his massive size and strength. He is one of the few bodybuilders to have weighed over 300 pounds while maintaining a shredded physique. Dugdale is also known for his incredible work ethic and dedication to training.

In addition to his bodybuilding career, Dugdale has also acted in several movies and television shows. He is also the author of several books on bodybuilding.
