Keith Williams Then

Keith Williams was born on May 16, 1973, in Birmingham, Alabama. He began lifting weights at the age of 14 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. Williams won his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 19 and went on to win numerous other titles, including the Mr. Alabama title in 1986 and the Mr. Universe title in 1988. Williams retired from competitive bodybuilding in 1992 but continued to train and lift weights. He is now a successful personal trainer and gym owner.

Williams is married to his wife, Donna, and they have two children. He is also a devout Christian and is involved in his local church.
