Kai Greene Then
Kai Greene was born in Brooklyn, New York, on July 12, 1975. He had a troubled childhood, spending time in foster care and juvenile detention.
Greene discovered bodybuilding as a way to channel his aggression and turn his life around. He began training at the age of 18, and quickly developed a physique that stood out from the competition.
In 2004, Greene won the NPC Team Universe Heavyweight title. This victory earned him his IFBB Pro Card, which allowed him to compete in professional bodybuilding competitions.
Greene made his professional debut at the 2005 Arnold Classic, where he finished in 9th place. He followed this up with a 5th place finish at the 2005 Mr. Olympia.
In 2009, Greene had his breakout year, winning the Arnold Classic. He continued to compete at the highest level for several more years, finishing in the top five at the Mr. Olympia on multiple occasions.

Kai Greene Now
Greene retired from professional bodybuilding in 2015. He has since pursued a variety of endeavors, including acting, writing, and business.
Greene is the owner of a fitness supplement company called GreeneSupplements. He is also a motivational speaker and has appeared on numerous television shows and documentaries.
In 2019, Greene published his autobiography, titled “Relentless.”
